How do I purchase a custom piece of jewellery?

To get a custom design on any of the jewellery collection, you can send in a request. Please specify the product, the size (on rings), the chain length (on necklaces/bracelets) and then describe the design you would like. You will receive a reply within 48 hours with information about your request. If the design is accepted, you can purchase your jewellery through a custom listing on the website.

What if my rings don't fit?

For all of our standard design pieces, you can get a refund or an exchange if your item doesn't fit. However, on any personalised or custom pieces of jewellery, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

How long does your jewellery last for?

All of the jewellery available is made from high grade stainless steel, with PVC coating. Making all our jewellery water resistant, tarnish free, hypoallergenic & long lasting. I have worn my rings for the past 3 years and they are still all shiny and gold despite being worn in the shower and to the gym, meaning all our jewellery is suitable for everyday use.

What is your returns/refund policy?

You can return non-pesonalised items back to us. We do not accept returns on custom orders. You can receive a refund after 14 days of receiving your item. If your items are faulty or not satisfactory email us with a picture and we will review for a refund.

How long does delivery take?

Standard orders can take between 4-7 days to be dispatched. Custom orders take up to 2 weeks from ordering. All orders are sent out via Royal Mail with Tracked delivery so you can receive updates on your order.

What if I want to change my order?

You have 48 hours from ordering to change or cancel your order.. You can email us at: thegldcllective@gmail.com with information regarding your order. After 48 hours you will not be able to change or cancel it.
